A community gathering centred on connection, mental wellbeing, and quality of life for elders aged 70 and above.
The project story
From a local need to shared action.
Aged + Grace created a welcoming space for community elders to discuss positive living, communication across generations, gentle exercise, spirituality, and emotional wellbeing. Approximately 40 elders took part in the gathering and its one-to-one conversations.
