The project story
From a local need to shared action.
Destination Bonny 4.0 brings the Rotary Clubs of Bonny Island, Grand Bonny, and Finima together with participating clubs for a practical school intervention from 9 to 11 October 2026. The planned first phase responds to needs identified during a facilities assessment, including classroom furniture, damaged ceilings, unsafe electrical fittings, unusable toilets, unreliable water storage, damaged window protection, painting, drainage, and environmental clean-up. Commissioning is planned for 9 October 2026.
